Your Boulder Hills Project Manager will be enthusiastic about and devoted to the attention to your project and understanding your concerns and needs.
FREE DESIGN, FREE ESTIMATE:
After consulting with you about your project, your Project Manager will get to work acquiring the necessary information about your site and project to generate a preliminary landscape design and estimate of cost for your project. The information to be acquired will be exact measurements, elevations, access to site, material staging options and possibly soil samples.
The Boulder Hills Landscaping preliminary design and estimate is a service we offer at no cost and no commitment to you.
PROPOSAL:
Once your Boulder Hills Landscaping Project Manager has put together an initial design and cost estimate for you, we would like to walk through the proposal with you. The design proposal will include presenting, for your consideration; the 2 dimensional, 3 dimensional or even movie presentation design draft of your project and addressing all questions and concerns you may have about the proposed design and cost.
Your Boulder Hills Project Manager will want to walk the site with you at this time and thoroughly explain all the details of the design and the necessary steps that must be taken during construction to ensure the integrity of the product we are proposing to you.
At Boulder Hills Landscaping LLC., we earnestly aim to create for you everything your heart desires out of your landscaping and to exceed your expectations every step of the way. For this reason we are eager to go back to the drawing board as many times as it takes to ensure we have addressed and captured all the elements of your dream landscape! Please do not hesitate to instruct your Project Manager to remove or include anything that may come up in the proposal process.

CONTRACT AND SCHEDULING:
Once we have come to agreement, finalized the design, and amended the cost estimate accordingly, it is time to get your job on the schedule!
You can decide at any time to sign a contract for construction. Once we have received a signed contract and deposit; your project will be positioned in the next available timeslot for construction. During peak season, it may take 3-4 weeks after signing a contract to get to the installation; for this reason, many clients choose to sign and schedule early in the process while design modifications may still be underway.
PRE-CONSTRUCTION:
7-10 business days before your scheduled date of commencement, your Project Manager will be calling to verify the date and start time of your project and to schedule a pre-construction walkthrough.
At Boulder Hills Landscaping we do our very best to stay as close to schedule as possible, but do please understand that inclement weather does play a factor. We will do our best to keep you informed of any schedule changes.
The week prior to your project beginning, your Boulder Hills Landscaping Project Manager would like to meet with you on your site and perform a pre-construction walkthrough. The pre-construction walkthrough will allow your Project Manager to walk you through the process of construction, inform you of what you should expect to see throughout the course of construction as well as answer and address any questions or concerns you may have.
Boulder Hills will be responsible for performing a utility locate on the construction site area prior to beginning. Please do not be alarmed if you see a locate official on your property marking your turf with paint and flags.
CONSTRUCTION:
The day has come! The crew and equipment is onsite and your project has begun! What you can expect and what you will notice with a Boulder Hills Landscaping installation team is the extent of professionalism, commitment to quality and degree of organization and efficiency. Your Boulder Hills installation team will work steadfast and intently, with the utmost respect of your property, your neighbors, the product and your project! Remember, attention to detail, quality of product and VALUE is what we build our business on. You can expect this.
You can also expect at the end of each work day, your jobsite will be cleaned up; waste will be removed, materials will be organized, tools and equipment will be organized or removed until the following day.
At any time throughout the course of construction, please do not hesitate to call your Project Manager directly should you have a question or concern. Our paramount objective is your satisfaction, and we believe communication is an essential part in ensuring your overall experience.
FINAL WALKTHROUGH:
